Creative Communications - Marketing Coordinator

The successful applicant will be a motivated self starter with an open and creative mind, working directly with the president to contribute to the planning, development, implementation and tracking of brand marketing initiatives cross-organization to achieve our short and long term growth initiatives.


  • Participate in planning, marketing and execution of promotional events and advertising.
  • Generate a strategy to bring our company websites current.
  • Review and collect product content, images and more to create and prepare brochures, catalogues and hand-outs for our customers
  • Develop a social media strategy for all our companies.
  • Conduct client and market surveys to identify the interests of our clients in order to improve our business, customer service, and find new opportunities
  • Develop a promotional spending strategy.
  • Accomplish organizations goals by taking ownership to brainstorm new ideas/suggestions and exploring new opportunities for marketing within our organization.


  • Experience in managing social media platforms.
  • Strong problem identification and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and computer skills.
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a marketing position.
  • Graphic design experience is considered an asset.
  • A course in creative writing is considered an asset.


Must have a diploma in Creative Communications or in a related field.
