Famous Brandz is looking for a marketing ninja to join our team! We are a Toronto-based manufacturer of smoking accessories for celebrity brands like Snoop Dogg, Trailer Park Boys, Jay & Silent Bob and Cheech & Chong’s Up In Smoke - and we’re looking for someone to help with the management and execution of our marketing calendar and its’ long and short term goals.
We’re looking for a talented individual that can infiltrate our industry and identify the key messaging and brand development opportunities available. We’re looking for someone who excels at developing marketing programs for specific channels, supporting our sales teams with campaigns that accelerate lead generation, customer retention, and uncover new business development opportunities.

+ Work closely with the head of revenues to develop an overall strategic plan, complete with annual budget and timelines.
+ Build marketing programs to support specific objectives across all of our channels including print, digital, event and co-marketing, in support of our overall strategic plan.
+ Measure and analyze marketing efforts through different channels, segmenting as appropriate and managing large data sets.
+ Develop business cases and proposals for new campaigns, making recommendations on tactics and strategy overall.
+ Evaluate the impact of campaigns in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, conversion, customer lifetime value and retention.
+ Propose and manage research projects to generate consumer insights.
+ Liaise with purchasing, sales, and design to deliver calendar objectives on time and on scope.
+ Work with other internal and external marketing teams and stakeholders, agencies and vendors.
+ 3-5 years in a marketing management position
+ Bachelors in marketing an asset
+ Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results.
+ Impressive exposure to digital, print, event and co-marketing programming.
+ Strong design, writing, and management skills.
+ Ability to travel if necessary
+ Familiarity with marketing automation software, CRM and design tools

Salary: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
