Marketing Coordinator/Manager

We are a thriving real estate team in Vancouver, B.C. with both resale as well as a project marketing sector. We are in search of a talented Marketing Coordinator or Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate has an education in Marketing or Business and minimum 3-years experience in the Real Estate industry, preferably Project Sales and Marketing. Second language an asset.

Some responsibilities include:

1. Project planning/branding including design/creation of brochures, ads, websites, signage etc., coordination of presentation centres

2. Project launches - event planning/outreach, community events, staff coordination

3. Ongoing sales tempo programs - manage advertising programs & email campaigns, management of presentation/sales centre, database maintenance

4. Client management/contractor liaison - team lead with Developer contractors (Architects, Landscape Architects, Construction teams), liaise with members of the clients' development team, attend weekly meetings with client, provide weekly sales updates to clients

5. Project closing - customer communication, client communication, closing presentation centres, closing database, updating website, etc.
