Marketing Coordinator at Top Real Estate Team

As the “go to” marketing person Barry Cohen Homes, the #1 real estate team in Toronto for luxury homes, you are innovative and creative in your approach to everything. You are responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining the company’s brand to generate business. You develop ideas and execute tactics that communicate Barry Cohen Homes core brand message to their target audience.

You are required to stay informed about marketing trends and to monitor industry changes in order to develop BCH’s platform to be competitive and leading edge.


You have a strong sales and marketing acumen demonstrated by education and experience. You thrive in a busy environment and are comfortable juggling many projects on the go. You understand Social Media, you love to start new conversations online and are naturally curious about all things social.

You are well organized with strong interpersonal skills, writing and presentation skills, real estate marketing creatives have technical proficiency in a variety of software programs, including those integral to desktop publishing, video creation, and website maintenance. You must be able to work with vendors of all sorts.

Key Responsibilities

As the marketing coordinator you oversee all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy. This includes creation, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads., etc and online marketing and videos.

Daily / Ongoing Priorities

  • Creation/execution of a successful content marketing calendar/plan; contributing insightful articles, video clips and other marketing assets
  • Distribution/management of content via all digital channels including website, all social media platforms, email, landing pages, Facebook groups
  • Test new advertising channels, report on objectives and key results, and allocate advertising dollars towards our most productive initiatives.
  • Create listing brochures
  • Create Just Listed and Sold Postcards
  • Maintain the company website and upload new properties to the site
  • Create Eblasts
  • Create and update 8-10 magazine ads per month
  • Assist in the content and layout of the company’s own high end magazine
  • Set up and Create a quarterly Marketing Calendar approved by VP
  • Manage all Social Media Pages and drive engagement
  • Come up with new ideas to drive traffic to the website and social media sites
  • Assess all marketing costs and innovate
  • Support the VP in driving sales and assisting support staff when needed.

Other Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year Marketing experience
